Is GST included in your prices? Yes, GST is included in all prices

Do you have a look book? Yes, you can view our current look book HERE

What is your minimum order? Our minimum for a first order is $250

Do you offer exclusivity? Exclusivity may be granted based on a stores representation of the brand. It is done on a case by case basis and requires a commitment to place a certain amount of orders. Please contact hello@jubly-umph.com or your sales rep for more information.

An item I want is sold out. When will you be getting more in? We restock sold out items every 1-2 months. If you send us an email we can let you know when any specific items are due to be restocked.

I don’t see your t-shirts and tote bags on your wholesale store? Unfortunately we are not able to offer t-shirts and tote bags at wholesale prices.

What happens if there is a problem with an item in my order? We will happily replace any faulty or damaged goods just send us and email at hello@jubly-umph.com

Do you offer FREE Shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $400

Where is Jubly-Umph designed and made? All Jubly-Umph pieces, with the exception of collaborations, are designed by Tasha Miller in her studio in Daylesford, Victoria. Jubly-Umph lapel pins are made in China and all printed materials such as Art Prints are made in Australia.

Can I use your stock photos on my website or social media? Yes, please feel free to use our stock photos for promoting Jubly-Umph on your website or social media accounts.
